It’s a pretty exciting day when you get the keys to your new home. You’ll probably already know it inside out by then, but at the official handover, we take the time walk you through everything you need to know, everything from where the stopcock is, to how to control the heating. We provide you with a folder with all the relevant documentation to keep you straight and the contact numbers to call if you’ve got any questions.
Every ACJ Group home comes with a comprehensive 10 year warranty, but we’ll keep in touch, and check in with you after a year to make sure you’re still completely happy with your home.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our craftmanship, but whatever questions you have, or if there’s any snagging or issues, simply call us on the usual number – 01343 559327 – speak to one of the team and we’ll sort it out. If you need a tradesman to pop over, we can arrange that at a time that’s convenient to you.
