If your property is a rental, then as a landlord you have additional responsibilities to ensure your property is in a reasonable state of repair and all appliances and electrical installations are safe and in good working order.

Supporting commercial clients
You keep your premises clean, but every now and again there’s a need for a bit of handywork, some maintenance or a technical repair. Keep your commercial premises safe and operational with a professional maintenance contract from ACJ. We offer a full range of services, including plumbing and heating, tiling, joinery & carpentry, plastering and rendering, drainage and guttering and painting and decorating.
Electrical safety inspections and annual checks
Our qualified electricians can carry out PAT testing and EICRs as required by law. We also offer annual boiler and heating checks and can provide a written report on the state of your property should you require one.
Emergency repairs
We are on call 24hours a day, 365 days of the year. We aim to attend emergency repairs within three hours and fully complete the repairs within 24 hours. Temporary repairs will be made where there is a possible risk to the client, the public or the environment. We will make sure you and your business are safe before completing repairs.
